For this client we built a custom workflow to go from a product scan to a live listing within minutes. We utilized competitor data, SEO research, and generative AI to expedite research, content generation, and listing creation. The workflow transition the content management team’s role in the listing generation process to a content moderation role after freeing up time for strategy and listing optimization.
Normally marketing lists can be compiled into a singular source easily through services like Mailchimp and HubSpot. This client’s situation was unique and required a custom solution to combine multiple sources with overlapping data and inconsistent data structures. We created an ETL flow to cleanse transaction data from multiple sources, and consolidate into a singular source for marketing, transaction history, and analysis. The flow was scheduled for weekly runs with a recurring cloud export.
We created a Databricks workflow to filter, process, and retrieve data files. The workflow backend utilized Databricks for cloud processing and a custom front end slack app was built for initialization. The slack app in conjunction with the Databricks workflow turned the existing 5-step process involving data engineers became a 1-step process executable by client support analysts.
